Creamy Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs Chicken Breast

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 28 oz can tomatoes, diced or crushed

  • 1 4 oz can diced green chilis

  • 4 oz cream cheese


Directions:

  1. Add your chicken breasts to a crockpot along with the taco seasoning.

  2. Add in the tomatoes and diced green chiles. (or substitute Tenderfoot salsa!)

  3. Mix everything up until it's evenly distributed and the chicken is fully submerged.

  4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. 

  5. Remove chicken from the crockpot and shred.

  6. Add cream cheese to the crockpot and let it melt, stirring to combine. 

  7. Add chicken back to creamy sauce.

  8. Serve on warm tortillas or corn bread.
